2 Strokes Down Under

Getting back into 2 strokes ... bought an old 79 RX125 and a basket case of an RD...



It's a long term project...

First bike restore to boot... useless with a spanner and I'm sure I'll make use of some skyhooks

I saw a beautiful RD 250 in black/brown/something out in Redcliffe one morning and got me inspired to get myself a 2smoke again. Not going to be restoring the RD authentic... going to be using it to hopefully learn some basic mechanics and possibly fabrication of parts. Time willing of course :S

Welcome Boars, as the saying goes, bite off more than you can chew,, then chew like shit... I would say there is a fair few cartons of beer required for that little resto.

Good bikes the A and B models, I have plenty bits if you need them, front and rear guard for sure.
