Is there anyone who makes RZ500 expansion pipes in Australia, preferably Melbourne?
Or is my best option Jim Lomas?

Nobody in aus makes model specific expansion chambers.

if you dont want your bike in a workshop for weeks while a custom set is designed and made for you, you should stick with the off the shelf pipes.

If you don't mind sending off to UK Gibson Exhausts/Stinkwheels can and do make more or less any and everything.

I have the dxf's to make the pipes to fit standard frame and bodywork. I would need the bike to fit them though

Pete Gibson is living in Melbourne now, you can contact him via Hyside Trading - Martin (Nobby) Norman google Hyside.

He is still making pipes, my mate just ahd a set off him for his 350LC race bike
