If it's left over it's not really needed.

You should be down here giving me a hand Lozza!
Technically speaking its not left over... YET.
Spent most of today flushing the cooling system. Unbelievable what builds up over the years.
Cheers, Markus.

Hi Markus
If still wondering were the part goes, it attaches to the air-box at the end closest to the seat. I think it is there for the tank to rest on.
My rebuild is continuing frame striped and working on the suspension and brakes at the moment.
Cheers Terry

Hey Terry,
Thanks for that. Good to hear you're progressing well.
Any ideas about what tyres to get?
Cheers, Markus.

Black side up, attachment point to the front, on the post at the rear of the rearmost airbox snorkel.
NFI what good it is though.

Hi Marcus
Have not looked at tyres yet, still buried in the engine and everything else. Received the new cranks yesterday.
Cheers Terry
