RG 500 for sale

I was at the creek for the formula extreme on Sunday on the Gamma and was offered a 500. The bike is in Sydney and this is what I was told.
Used to belong to Warren Willing
Bike tuned by the best guy in the UK cost over 10k
All new bits everywhere
The fastest around
The most desired RG around .
$13,000
I dont know this guy and have nothing to do with the bike but I have his number if anyone is interested.
It seems cheap if you believe the sales pitch, just for the record I don't.

$13k sounds cheap...

probably tuned by Mark Dent or Stan Stevens (either could be considered a top RG tuner, though Mark is a newer arrival on the scene). Problem with that, you may never know if thats just made up or for real.

Definately worth following up for someone in the market for an RG500.

I'm lusting after a TZ now... RG500 is covered ;-)

I have my doubts on this one. If it is that highly desired by everyone how come he cant sell it. A 500 should sell straight away for that money.

One guy on the forum knocked back $27k for his low km (5000kms?) original Australian delivered mint RG500.

There is an even more special one for sale (again) on ebay at the moment;

Nothing mythical about it. Try buying one in immac condition and watch your bank balance head south.

That was a different one... the one that went to over $30k on eBay (a few times) was actually brand new, never started.
