can some tell me if possible the difference between a RD500 and a RZ 500 engine ?
the RD 500 engine number is 1GE-002389

There is no difference... all parts should be interchangable between the models, including RZV.

The RZV was restricted in the exhausts and had different jetting though.

There is evidence of a strange model of engine that had a small flywheel hanging off the end of the rear crank, but extremely rare.

i should be able to swap my internal from rz500 a engine no 53G-004158

asking as my rz has a hole in the casing
