Anyone out there got a decent tacho for a RD350LC?

I think I have a full set of clocks in a cupboard, but one of them was a bit dodgy (worn bushes I think). I can't remember if it was the tacho or the speedo.

I could live with that... Mines been in a smash, and the white plastic surround is fucked, the temp gauge is rusty and the needle is short. If yours is good I could replace mine, if not I could make 1 good one out of the pair. Let me know if you can find it, and what you want. I'd happily take the lot if cases ok.

I bought the cases brand new not that long before I ditched them, so the cases should be perfect.
If I remember this afternoon I'll take them out and get some pics for you.

I remember the trip knob was broken off... I might have machined soemthing out of alloy to replace it.... its been a while.

They are a bit dusty, but here you go.
It was definitely the tacho that was bouncy.. I remember now.

I guess I could graft my tacho internals into it, as long as i can get the needle off in one piece. What do you want for them. PM me if you'd prefer!

the needles i found come off fairly easy with 2 small screw drivers under the round bit that the needles atteched to, just gotta get the glass off 1st, easy enough just time consuming,

Cheers Ken, I pulled my existing one appart... The glass went OK, but the needle, which was already short and pretty buggered, came flying off and self destructed!! If I couldn't track down some clocks the plan was to get some needles laser cut, and rebuild the smashed up white housing.
