I bit the bullet and bought a 170 tyre.

Told the guy I will take the wheel in next weekend, but I think I'm going away

Castle Hill Motorcycles will fit it for you if you want.

I bought it from balmain motorcycles, so they will fit it.

For the front if Castle Hill would fit a tyre I bring in, I might use them when I buy the front... Front will be cheaper though, so maybe I'll just buy from them anyway.

It's annoying seeing a $145 tyre in the US cost me $265 out here

Got the tyre fitted today... much better chain clearance now and doesn't look too much smaller on the bike.
Should be good for this event now

I spoke to my Mate yesterday that works at Suttos about the event and he didnt know anything about it. The boss is away on holidays at the moment but is back this week so he is going to enquire. How funny would it be if it was a spoof and a hundred bikes just turned up

What's the story on Saturday, are people still going to attend. Seeing as its a dirt bike shop I'm going to take the TDR so there should be two TDRs parked up.

I gotta drive down to bowral on Saturday morning. Also need to get the 500 registered, but I could do that before the end of the week if I pulled my finger out.

I went early this morning for a look see. A few nice bikes there and a good spread across most brands which was good to see. 50 or so bikes I suppose by the time I left with more turning up as I left.

Rode into work this morning because we didn't get allocated parking... f it was cold.. Started at 6am. Lane Cove Tunnel was warm and thawed me out for a while, but freezing again into the city.

Doubt I'll get out of here until after 6pm, so cold ride home too
