NSR250 MC21 PGM3

I'm looking for a good PGM3 or alternatively some ideas on testing same. My bike has very weak spark on no.1 cylinder & none on no.2. I've tested all other components, swapped coils & pulse generators, new plugs & battery, and traced wiring without any success. I'm thinking the PGM is stuffed, especially considering the bike sat out in the weather for a few years without fairing before I purchased it.
Any advice or unit for sale very much appreciated. :(

Apparently he does wk on these things.....
