Hey everyone,
Now that I've got the RZV500 up and running bits are starting to fail and my major pain are the fuel lines at the moment.
I did replace the main lines from the tank to the carb(s), but I'm having issues with the lines between the carbs and from one side to other, which are now failing from old age.
Whats the best fuel line material to use? I used automotive line for the main fuel lines from tank which works fine. The shorter ones are a bit more tricky as they really rely on the moulded shape to work without kinking. Also, the automotive line is a bit to thick on the outside.
I'm tempted to use RC model fuel lines in some areas but I'm unsure its up to the wear and tear and unleaded fuel.
Cheers, Markus.

What bore diameter does it need to be? I bought some 8mm fuel line recently from my local Yamaha shop and it is thin walled, and quite flexible.
Didn't have time to put clamps on it before Harrow Vinduro and I did half of one section before the wiring loom broke and I was uted back to camp so I don't know about longevity, but it might be worth a go.
