Got the bike going again much better with new crank seals revs a lot cleaner from idle all the way to top end and i dont think milling down the head hearts either its much more peakey naw good fun when its on the pipe roost everywhere.

sounds like youre making good progress. whats next for this project then? or is it pretty much done?

It's going to look like some sort of factory prototype by the time you've finished, not bad for what I take it started out as an experiment
