i do plastic welding with out heat so it does not go brittle
good on abs
im about to do some rz500 panels & lower fairings for a rg500 ill happly rebuild your fender .
there shouldt be much work in it.

where the lower fairing comes up around the clutch housing all that was missing & allmade of plastic +i added in seat cowel upside down to extend the lower all plastic.

Can you do custom duck tails / seat cowl etc ???
I really want to do something a little diff for a 350LC bum using LED Tail light and LED Indicators so I can bring in the rear overhang a bit.

yep almost anyting
i us a old panel cut out whot i like say a air vent & graft them into another panel .
i dont need to use bog or fiberglass as i can build up layers of plastic mixed with a carbon fiber dust .
its taken awhile to figer acheaper methed out
there are products such as plastfix. but to 30 mills of there liquid is about 30 bucks & that just for the liquid
there plastic is set very hard & hard to shape & where it joins the plastic is now a weak point
its good but ive got acheaper methed
we all like cheper products that give same results
but all your doing is cutting & pasting filling in
ill pm you my# & you could probly do most of this your self

Homebush fibre glass do a TZ style seat,or you can recess your stop light its a pretty standard mod.

However Rgv ducktail looks sweet too.

Im actually thinking of going a fair bit thinner than normal too as well as recessing the tail light. A bit like that black special on the "colours" page with the cut down pipes but not as minimalist so it can still go well on the road.
