Seen this one pop up. Seems a really good price for the work listed. Looks very much original. Last one I seen had quite a few non original bits and sold for over 7000.
TDR250 on Gum tree (not mine)
Re: TDR250 on Gum tree (not mine)
I do like 'em... Be great for the roads round my neck of the woods!
Project RD350LC. Finished YL2C.

bit salty at seven grand, but you'd be unlikely to come across another one.
Ex UK, now in Adelaide. LC250/350. DT175. Shed full of sh1t in the vague form of dismantled rusty RD’s and RZ’s.

Do you think the rarity of this bike in AU makes it likely to increase in value or for that matter make it worth more today than most would value it at?
It's a nice bike but you can get a very beautiful RD for that money, most in AU would happily pay no more than 5k for a 350 and 4k for a 250 in similar condition.
On the up side, this model is popular in the UK so it is well supported with the aftermarket parts.

Has a relevance in UK, but it was rare enough there - among the very first dual sport bikes.
