Those are nice looking pipes. I think they are exactly the ones from many ads on Yahoo Japan Auctions, at least the pictures are identical..

They are the same as another guy posted on another forum, consensus is that these are $500 pipes not 1k.

agreement was they were bought in from Japan not made here. Cost in Japan plus post is sub $600. nice profit. you can get stainless ones from japan for the money that guy is asking.

consensus was that these wont make 'real' power, just sound and look nice really.

Those pipes are not worth putting on a bike let alone someone trying to gouge a grand for them. Straight headers went out of fashion in the early 70's

I have had a pair of thos on my race LC for severla years. Crossover design, I think I paid about $600 landed.

Despite comments to the contrary they are not a bad pipe if your engine is tuned to them. At the time they were a good buy but are showing their age and will replaced this year with some Swarbrick kit race pipes - when I get the time !
