Definitely contact link on this forum.
$700 is a lot of money to rebuild a crank.
Your barrels look OK, but hard to tell from the pics if there is still a good crosshatch.
There is a little blow-by on those pistons, so it might be worth a hone and some new rings (cheap).
BTW, going +4mm is not just a matter of throwing in a new crank (even after machining the cases). Your piston will travel higher, so you would need to space the barrels up (or change piston pin location in pistons), then your port heights change and all sorts of things.

To be the devils advocate, those cracks look pretty fresh, perhaps a claim against shipping company?

one other thing, I'm running 350 barrels on a 250 case, is it worth upgrading the oil pump or should I just run premix?

I run oil pumps because I hate premix.
There is a bloke in the UK who has posted in this forum that does overhauls on the pumps, and he is very reasonably priced.
Will see if I can find a link.

Note:+4mm stroke doesnt require crankcase machining.

It does on an LC Jeram, because they are banshee/RZ cranks are slightly wider than an LC crank.

If you want to run a pump you will need an actual 350 one, the 250 cannot be tuned to feed enough oil.

yeah i figured i'll have to buy a 350 pump, i just checked my swing arm and it already has brass bushes, the originals were nylon weren't they? shouldn't need to change them then.

I may actually have a brand new set and even a new collar in my spares. I bought them from Norbo, so money back would be alright if you wanted them, assuming i can find them...
(Ive come to the conclusion I will never return my LC to stock LOL)
