Engine bearing alternatives to oem

G'day race fans. I'm looking to replace all engine bearings in a yas1 125 twin. Yamaha no longer supply crankcase or crank bearings. Some bearings are available from various sellers but no one with complete kit. My question is, can i take all the used bearings from my engine to a bearing engineer shop and replace them all by measurement and grade? If possible i'd pay extra to up spec, Has anyone done this? Alternatively any reccomendations for aftermarket suppliers of oem?
