Don't forget to flick it on to ya Hardly riding friends .
"A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." - George Fitch Atlanta Constitution, 1916
Ya, I have a Sportster too. I always thought they were outdated, slow, old lumps of iron. And they are, mostly (although there is ABS, fuel injection and keyless ignition on mine. And with the Stage 1 intake it revs hard to the redline). That is the charm, like driving an old car. A motor and two wheels is where it's at, the rest is just complication. Not like these old smokers are technology demonstrators! You "improve" a Hog too much, and it's no longer a hog!
Mine has nice chrome and steel everywhere, very little plastic to be found. If I want to get all "sport touring" I'll ride my CB1300S.
Horses for courses!
If people quit riding after a crash, there'd be nobody left riding!
